If this is the case, our office staff will work diligently to obtain this authorization for you. In addition, your insurance may require an office co-payment, which we ask that you pay upon check-in. If your visit is not covered by\u00a0your health insurance plan, you will be asked to pay for your visit up front (for which we offer a self-pay discount). <em>We accept cash, check, and credit cards.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pacific Neurosurgery accepts a variety of insurance plans.
